Returns Policy

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 14 days to return items from your order from the point of delivery.

​

Can I get an exchange?

We don’t do exchanges. If you want a different size or colour, please send the original back and re-order.

How long will it take for me to get a refund?

Your refund will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the items back

.

What do I need to do to return an item?

Please follow the 4 easy steps below….

 

Step 1: Prepare your return.

Returned items should have their tags on and make sure to package the items you wish to return securely.

Step 2: Find your order number.

Your order number can be found on your email confirmation and your packing slip. 

On your confirmation email: The subject line will be “Thanks for shopping with us (#order number)

.

Step 3: Contact us via email for your returns label.

Email us at info@mattgosstour.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

 

Step 4: Get your return label.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Royal Mail Tracked 24, you must download and print your return label and attach it to your package before taking your return to the Post Office

.

Please be aware, returns labels are unique and should only be used once and for the item you are returning. Repeat use will result in a delay in processing your return and refunds.
